When you write a medication, its form_name is matched against this list, ignoring case. A match links the drug to Eka’s dosage form (the form id below). A value that is not in the list is still accepted and stored as you sent it, but it is not linked to an Eka form. Use these names in your JSON records or in the form_name column of your CSV.
