Dataset

The Dataset feature lets you connect your own healthcare data to the EkaCare platform. Once attached, agents can search and perform operations on your data — finding the right doctor, facility, or service in response to a user query. You own and manage this data. EkaCare’s agents use it as their working catalogue when serving your users. There are three types of datasets:

Dataset	What it contains	Agents use it to
Doctor Dataset	Your list of doctors	Find and recommend doctors based on specialty, name, city, or facility
Facility Dataset	Your hospitals, clinics, and care centres	Help users find a place to visit or filter doctors by location
Service Dataset	Your medical services, tests, and procedures	Answer questions about what services are available
