Create Rate Plan
Overview
This API creates a new IPD rate plan for your workspace. A rate plan is a named set of charges (for example Standard ICU); the individual charges are added to it as inclusions with Create Rate Plan Inclusion.
Only name is accepted. The rate plan id and updatedAt are server-generated. Fields not listed in the request body are rejected.
