# Solutions

> The Eka products you build your own clinical tools on: the medical scribe, document parsing and the clinical MCP server.

You build your own clinical tools on Eka's APIs, SDKs and MCP server. Three products cover the work, from the consultation to the patient's chart. Each one has its own documentation and API reference.

## What you build with

> **[Medical Scribe](https://developer.eka.care/docs/scribe/overview)**
>
> Consultations become structured notes that complete the chart.

> **[Medical Document Parsing](https://developer.eka.care/docs/models/medical-document-parsing.md)**
>
> Any medical record, in any format, becomes structured data.

> **[Clinical MCP](https://developer.eka.care/docs/datasets/build-with-ai/mcp-server/introduction.md)**
>
> Ground your agent in Indian drugs, treatment protocols, pharmacology and clinical calculators.

## How they fit together

**1. Record the consultation**

Start a [Medical Scribe](https://developer.eka.care/docs/scribe/overview) session and upload the audio. The [quickstart](https://developer.eka.care/docs/scribe/quickstart.md) goes from audio to a structured note in five calls.

**2. Take the report in**

Upload a lab report to [document parsing](https://developer.eka.care/docs/models/medical-document-parsing.md). A [webhook](https://developer.eka.care/docs/models/medical-document-parsing/smart-report-webhook.md) tells you when the result is ready.

**3. Code the clinical terms**

Send diagnoses and findings to [entity codification](https://developer.eka.care/docs/models/medical-entity-codification.md). You get codes such as ICD-10, SNOMED CT and LOINC.

**4. Ground your agent in clinical knowledge**

Connect your agent to the [clinical MCP server](https://developer.eka.care/docs/datasets/build-with-ai/mcp-server/introduction.md). It can search Indian branded drugs, find treatment protocols, look up pharmacology and run clinical calculators.
