# List an admission's discharge clearances

> Returns the admission's clearance documents (`pharmacy`, `lab`, `financial`, `nursing`, `doctor`). A clearance that has never been completed or reopened has no document yet, so it is not listed. The `pharmacy` clearance also carries the per-pharmacy notification state in `notify`.
