# Create Nursing Note

### Overview

This API adds a **nursing note** to an IPD admission of your workspace. The note content is sent in two forms: `content_html` (rendered HTML) and `content_json` (the structured form of the same content).

The note's author (`actor_name` and `actor_oid`) is recorded from the user making the request. The note `id` and timestamps are server-generated. Fields not listed in the request body are rejected.
